And once again in 2024/2025, Tennessee Fastpitch will also be directing it's attention to a broader scope of players and teams, including teams that may not be quite ready yet for the demands of "A-level" tournament play. These events will be run through Diamond Elite in what will be referred to as the "SILVER SERIES EVENTS". You may find more info on these events at the following link:

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
The tournament director reserves the right to delay or reschedule games as needed. In case of rain delays, a restricted schedule may be implemented. Any rain out games will be canceled without money refunded. No refunds of any kind on gate fee(s). The head coach is responsible for finding out changes in game times in the event of rain. Rain Policy for Tennessee Fastpitch is that if the tournament is cancelled, we will refund all entry fees. If you play in one game, 50% of your entry fee is refunded. If you play in two ballgames, no entry fee is refunded.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
Any paid team that cancels/withdraws after the scheduling process has begun (usually about a week before each event) will forfeit their paid fee(s).
