2026 SILVER WORLD SERIES EVENT ITINERARY
The 2026 Tennessee Fastpitch Silver World Series will have the following schedule:
Tuesday, June 16- Team Check-in and Opening Ceremonies at Fly Park in Nashville, TN (5:30p CDT)- COMPLETELY OPTIONAL TO ATTEND
Wednesday, June 17- Pool play games will begin for all age groups and continue through this day and Thursday, June 18
Friday, June 19- Bracket play games will begin for all age groups and continue on Saturday, June 20
Saturday, June 20- Bracket play will conclude with Championship games for all age groups
Please note that if weather affects some major portion of the event, we may conclude the event on Sunday, June 21.
All teams will need to check-in either virtually prior to the event or in person on the afternoon/evening of Tuesday, June 16th. If doing so in person, only one member of the team’s coaching staff will need to attend their team’s check-in. Each team will need to email or bring a hard copy of their team’s proof of insurance and verify their roster by email or on site as well (roster additions may be made until your team has checked in, at which point the roster is locked for this event). More specific information about the check-in process will be coming in future updates. The Opening Ceremonies will begin in the early evening (around 5:30p CDT) on Tuesday, June 16. Opening Ceremonies will include music for all that wish to attend as well as a free photo booth (for memento photos), introduction of all attending teams, Games (most likely a homerun derby) and more. Opening ceremonies will conclude around 8:30-9p (CDT). During the duration of team check-in and Opening Ceremonies, we will also have a “help desk” available to answer any questions that anyone has for the event. We will also have many vendors and food trucks on site and this time would provide a great opportunity for any pin trading that might be desired as well.
EVENT FORMAT
The format for the event will be three pool games followed by double elimination bracket play. The pool games will seed the teams for bracket play. The pools will be drawn approximately one week prior to the event’s beginning. In the event of inclement weather, the tournament directors reserve the right to alter the format as is necessary.

And once again in 2026/2027, Tennessee Fastpitch will also be directing it's attention to a broader scope of players and teams, including teams that may not be quite ready yet for the demands of "A-level" tournament play. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
The tournament director reserves the right to delay or reschedule games as needed. In case of rain delays, a restricted schedule may be implemented. Any rain out games will be canceled without money refunded. No refunds of any kind on gate fee(s). The head coach is responsible for finding out changes in game times in the event of rain. Rain Policy for Tennessee Fastpitch is that if the tournament is cancelled, we will refund all entry fees. If you play in one game, 50% of your entry fee is refunded. If you play in two ballgames, no entry fee is refunded.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
Any paid team that cancels/withdraws after the scheduling process has begun (usually about a week before each event) will forfeit their paid fee(s).
